I am is an owner of this company, and a business professional

specialized in strategic HR and business development.

I have gained a corporate experience in the oil sector, as well as in business consulting

and company development.

 

During my career, I have accumulated know-how related to HR operational excellence,

leadership development, communication, and team growth projects.

​

I enjoyed leading numerous international programs (in-company and for clients),

which aimed at linking HR strategies with long-term business objectives.

It gave me quite a unique set of competences, combining a strong focus on P&L

with understanding of achieving goals by changing cultures in organizations.

​

Today, I often work as a coach, facilitator, assessor, and workshops master.

 

I am a certified consultant & trainer of Hogan psychometric inventories,

360 assessments, and other HR tools.

​

I hold an MBA diploma obtained in 2011 at the Warsaw Business School,

and a master’s degree in Political Sciences.

 

I have worked in Europe, America, and Africa.
